Higgsfield alternative
A Higgsfield alternative with public prices.
Higgsfield and MegaScenes both sell credits for video and image models. They differ in what you can know before you pay and in what happens to the credits you do not use. The Higgsfield column quotes its own Help Center as we read it on October 25, 2026; follow the links for their current wording.
Higgsfield vs MegaScenes on what you pay
| Higgsfield | MegaScenes | |
|---|---|---|
| Price of a generation | Shown on the Generate button before you confirm; it depends on the model, resolution and duration.Source: How do credits work? | Listed for every model on its own public page before you sign up (see all models), and on the Generate button. |
| Value of a credit | Depends on the plan: each plan sells its credits at a different price.Source: Higgsfield pricing | $0.01 on every plan and every top-up. |
| Unused plan credits | Reset with each paid renewal and don't roll over; on annual plans they reset every 30 days.Source: How do credits work? | Roll over every month while you are subscribed, and stay usable for 12 months after you cancel. |
| Extra credits | Credit Packs and Auto-Refill credits are valid for 90 days from purchase.Source: How do Credit Packs work? | Top-ups ($10, $25, $50, $100) follow the same rule as plan credits. |
| Unlimited | Mid and top plans include Unlimited on selected models. Unlimited runs in the standard queue, credit generations in the priority queue, and Unlimited works only on higgsfield.ai.Source: What are Unlimited models and which plans include them? | No unlimited tier: every generation costs its listed credits, with no slow lane after a quota. |
| Teams | Team, Scale and Enterprise plans with a shared workspace and pooled credits.Source: How do Higgsfield plans work? | No shared team workspace. Plans differ in how many generations run at once (2 to 8). |
