About Stem Splitter
Stem Splitter splits a song into separate tracks with Meta's Demucs, priced at $0.010 per second of audio. It runs as split into stems: upload the song and you get back vocals, drums, bass, guitar, piano and everything else, each in its own file.
The studio always uses the Demucs model that separates guitar and piano too, and asks for every stem it offers. A typical generation takes about 1 min.
Good for
- Isolating the vocals of a song for a cover, a karaoke track or a remix
- Pulling out drums, bass, guitar or piano to practise or sample
Getting good results
- The price follows the length of the song you upload: $0.020 for a short clip, $0.11 for a minute.
- MP3 is the default; pick WAV under Advanced when the stems go into an editor.
